“The staff was excellent and very accommodating, HOWEVER when we arrived we went into our room and there was a strange sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. We then switched to another room and the same odd smell (a little less) was coming out of the bathroom. Not sure if it is old piping but the smell was unpleasant and it is something that should be looked at. Everything else was fine, but the smell was a bit off putting. ”

“Our stay was great until we left and learned that our 1 night stay that was booked for less than $200, cost us $396.99, not becuase we had any incidental charges. The explanation given was that the extra fees are a KNOWN issue that has been happening to "multiple customers" with no know cause, and that we should "wait until about Tuesday to see if the bank refunds it, and if not call us back".
